Menu for the week of November 15th to 21st

Monday
Lunch: Frito Pie (Beef and Bean), Rice, Green beans
Dinner: (Indian) Chicken Curry, Chickpea Curry, Cauliflower and Broccoli, Rice

Tuesday
Lunch: Pepperoni Pizza, Veggie Pizza, Veggies, Salad
Dinner: Gyro, Falafel, Couscous, Yellow squash with feta, Cucumber sauce

Wednesday
Lunch: Fish Sandwiches, Breaded tofu Sandwiches, Tartar Sauce
Dinner: Sausage lasagna, Veg lasagna, Roasted mushrooms, Barley Green Bean Salad

Thursday – No dinner at Taos!
Lunch: Kung Pao Chicken, Kung Pao Tofu, Broccoli, Rice
Dinner: General Membership Meeting at Pearl! Catered by the Saltlick! Smoked hummus for vegetarians! Go, eat, be cooperative!

Friday

Lunch: Tortellini with chicken and vegetables
Dinner: Gumbo, Veggie gumbo, Braised Kale, Rice

Saturday
Brunch: Brunch Tacos, Stephen’s Brunch creations

Sunday
Brunch: Eggs, Lemon Poppyseed pancakes, Chef’s choice meat and sides
