Monday

Lunch – Tuna noodle salad, tofu salad

Dinner – Red Curry – Chicken or Tofu, rice, broccoli

Tuesday

Lunch– grilled ham and cheese or grilled cheese, soup, French fries

Dinner – Tacos – beef or tvp, Spanish rice, corn

Wednesday

Lunch – chicken and rice casserole, tofu and rice casserole, peas

Dinner – chicken parmesan, eggplant parmesan, spaghetti, mixed Italian veggies

Thursday

Lunch – mac and cheese, chicken strips, mixed veggies

Dinner – Gyros, falafel, hummus, pita, cucumber salad

Friday

Lunch – enchilada casserole, corn

Dinner – chicken and tofu penne pasta, peas

Saturday

Brunch – TBA

Sunday

Dinner - TBA
