Monday
Lunch: Grilled Cheese/Turkey & Cheese, Creamy Tomato Basil Soup, Vegetables
Dinner: Fresh Ravioli (Cheese or Vegan), Marinara (Beef or Veg), Broccoli, Potatoes

Tuesday
Lunch: Taco Salad Tuesday, Vegetable
Dinner: Jambalaya (Beef & Sausage or Veg), Collards, Bread Pudding (try 2!)

Wednesday
Lunch: Baked Potatoes with Tempting Toppings
Dinner: Orange Chicken, Orange Tofu, Brown Rice, Asparagus

Thursday
Lunch: Chipotle Chicken or Bean Cornbread Casserole, Vegetables
Dinner: Coconut Chicken Curry, Tofu Curry, Rice,

Friday
Lunch: Chicken or Tofu Pasta with vegetables
Dinner: Progressive dinner! Starts with Appetizers at Taos at 6:00, continuing at the other Co-ops through drinks at 21st!
Appetizers: Fresh Chips and Vegetables with Hummus, Fresh Bread and Spinach Dip, Stuffed Mushrooms, Sausage, Mini Quiche

Saturday
Brunch: Josh’s Brunch

Sunday
Dinner: Beef Stew, Veggie Stew, Yorkshire Pudding
