Monday
Lunch: Hot Dogs, Fresh Vegan Dogs, Sweet Potato Wedges, Corn
Dinner: Shrimp Étouffée, É-tofu-fée (maybe V), Brown Rice, Carrot Salad

Tuesday – MARDI GRAS! DO IT TODAY & THEN QUIT FOR 40 DAYS
Lunch: Tostadas (Beef/TVP), Beans, Rice, Vegetables
Dinner: Gumbo (Chicken or Vegan), Potato Salad, Eggplant, King’s Cake

Wednesday
Lunch: Chicken Stirfry, Tofu Stirfry, Rice, Vegetables
Dinner: Enchiladas (Beef or Veg), Rice, Broccoli

Thursday
Lunch: Baked Potatoes (Chicken, Bacon, Tofu, Broccoli, Corn)
Dinner: Meatloaf, Lentil Loaf V, Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Vegetables

Friday
Lunch: Hamburgers, Veg Patties, Roasted Potatoes, Salad
Dinner: German Dinner – Sausage, Vegan Sausage, Sauerkraut, Brotchen

Saturday
Brunch: Garrett’s Brunch

Sunday
Dinner: Fajitas (Chicken or Veg), Tortillas, Zucchini
