Lunch: BLTs, and Chickpea sandwiches, carrot and celery sticks
Dinner: Chicken Parmesan, Veggie Meatless Balls, Risotto, Spinach

Wednesday
Lunch:  Beef Kale Gratin, Kale Gratin,  Fruit Salad
Dinner:  Orange Chicken, Orange Tempeh, Rice,  Edamame

Thursday
Lunch: Quiche Lorraine, Quiche Spinach, Salad
Dinner:  Salmon, Veggie Stuffed Tomatoes, Honey Glazed Carrots, Rosemary Bread

Friday
Lunch: Hamburgers, Veggie Burgers, Roasted Potatoes, Veggie
Dinner:  Chicken Korma,  Veggie Korma, Saag Paneer, Naan

Saturday
Brunch: Brunch Tacos, Veggie Side

Sunday
Dinner:  Beef or Veggie Fajitas, Mexican Rice, Corn
