Monday Lunch: Pizza Bagels!
Monday Dinner: Bacon or Spinach Quiche, Pea Soup, Hummus


Tuesday Lunch: Tuna or Chickpea Tuna Sandwiches, Cottage
Cheese and Tomato Salad
Tuesday Dinner: Beef or Cheese Baked Ziti, Oven-Roasted Potatoes, Garlic Toast, Green Beans


Wednesday Lunch:  Lemon Pepper Fish or Tofu, Rice and Beans
Wednesday Dinner: Jambalaya, Spaghetti Squash, Deviled Eggs, Dill Peas


Thursday Lunch: Super Nachos!
Thursday Dinner: Kung Pao Chicken or Tofu, Coconut Rice, Steamed Broccoli and Cauliflower
