Monday Lunch: Baked Potato Bar
Monday Dinner: Orange Chicken or Tofu, Rice, Snow Peas, Banana Bread

Tuesday Lunch: Buffalo Wings or Cauliflower Wings, Blue Cheese Salad
Tuesday Dinner: Gyros, Falafel, Mediterranean Vegetables, Hummus, Tzatziki Sauce, Baklava

Wednesday Lunch: Quinoa Red Pepper Chili with or without Beef, Guacamole
Wednesday Dinner: Spaghetti, Meatballs or Quinoa Balls, Steamed Broccoli, Garlic Bread, Caprese Salad

Thursday Lunch: Chicken or Tofu Fried Rice, Egg Drop Soup
Thursday Dinner: GMM - Go to Pearl to Eat

Friday Lunch: Tuna or Chickpea Sandwiches, Tater Tots, Veggies and Dip
Friday Dinner: Enchiladas, Mexican Rice, Pico de Gallo, Buñuelos

Saturday Brunch: Frittata, Coffee Cake, Fruit, Always Bacon

Sunday Dinner: Chicken or Veg Curry and Basmati Rice, Naan,
Raita, Rice Pudding
