Here Comes Finals Weeks! The Holidays are Almost Upon Us (Dec. 9th - Dec. 17th)

Monday Lunch: Burgers and Veggie Burgers, Chips, Queso & Guacamole
Monday Dinner: Spaghetti, Garlic Bread, Roasted Zucchini and Summer Squash, Chocolate Cake


Tuesday Lunch: Kale au Gratin, Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad
Tuesday Dinner: Chicken or Veggie Korma with Rice, Naan, Rice Pudding


Wednesday Lunch: Pizza and Caesar Salad
Wednesday Dinner: Barbecue Tofu or Chicken, Macaroni and Cheese, Green Bean Casserole, Apple Crumble Pie


Thursday Lunch: Chicken Strips or Faux Strips, Peas and Carrots, Baked Beans
Thursday Dinner: Gyros, Falafel, Mediterranean Veggies, Hummus, Tzatziki Sauce, Pita Bread


Friday Lunch: Pesto and Sundried Tomato Pasta, Caprese Salad
Friday Dinner: Tacos, Spanish Rice, Buñuelos


Saturday Brunch: Pancakes, Bacon, Grits, Fruit Salad
