March 3rd - March 9th Meals (Spring Break is Almost Here!)

Monday Lunch: Broccoli and Cheese Casserole, Cookies
Monday Dinner: Grilled Tilapia or Faux Fish, Quinoa with Feta and Cucumber, Roasted Acorn Squash, Chocolate Strawberry Nutella Cake, Caesar Salad


Tuesday Lunch: Tortellini with Cream Sauce, Summer Squash and Zucchini
Tuesday Dinner: Salisbury Steak or Faux Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Pan-Fried Kale, Blueberry Crumb Cake, Pick-Your-Dressing Salad

Wednesday Lunch: Grilled Ham or Faux Ham Sandwiches, Split Pea Soup
Wednesday Dinner: Chicken or Eggplant Parmesan, Steamed Green Beans, Cheesy Bread, Chocolate White Chocolate Chip Cookies, Spinach and Red Pepper Salad


Thursday Lunch: King’s Ranch Casserole, Mixed Greens Salad
Thursday Dinner: Barbecue Chicken or Tofu, Mac and Cheese, Baked Beans, Brown Sugar Oatmeal Cookies, Carrot Raisin Salad


Friday Lunch: Tuna or Chickpea Casserole, Peas and Carrots
Friday Dinner: Currywurst mit Pommes, Sauerkraut, Ratatouille, Peanut Butter Cake with Chocolate Icing, Strawberry Spinach Salad


No meals Saturday or Sunday of this week.
