  • Dinner: Maple Salmon, Maple Chickpea Cutlets, Quinoa, Green Bean
Wednesday:
  • Lunch: Chilli, TVP Chilli, Corn, Salad
  • Dinner: Flautas, Bean Flautas, Cilantro-Lime Rice, Corn, Tres Leches
Thursday:
  • Lunch: Thai Coconut Chicken, Thai Coconut Tofu, Herbed Rice, Salad 
  • Dinner: Brisket, Tempeh & Mushroom Fricasse, Kale, Yeast Rolls, Coleslaw
Friday:
  • Lunch: Chicken Lo Mein, Veggie Lo Mein, Fruit Salad
  • Dinner: Baked Ziti, Veggie Baked Ziti, Brussel Sprouts, Salad
Saturday:
  • Brunch: Crêpes! Deviled Eggs, Fruit Salad
Sunday: 
  • Dinner: Salibury Steak, Seitan Chops, Green Beans, Cranberry Kale Salad
