Tuesday

  • Lunch: Fish Tacos, Coconut Tofu Tacos, Mango Pineapple Salsa, Rice
  • Dinner: Spaghetti and Turkey Meatballs, Spaghetti and TVP Sauce, Mixed Salad, and Garlic Bread
Wednesday

  • Lunch: Chili, TVP Chili, Rice, and Spinach Salad
  • Dinner: Chicky Chicky Parm Parm, Eggplant Parmesan, Pasta, Double Chocolate Chip Cookies, and Caesar Salad
Thursday

  • Lunch:  Frito Pie, Meatless Frito Pie, and Vegetable Medley
  • Dinner: Lemon Tilapia, Lemon Tofu, Herbed Rice, Roasted Asparagus, and Biscuits with Cheese
Friday

  • Lunch: Chicken and Rice Soup, Cornbread, and Peas
  • Dinner: Peppery Monterrey Jack Pasta Salad,  Apple-Pear Salad with Lemon-Poppy Seed Dressing and Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies
Saturday

  • Brunch: Breakfast Tacos, Fixin's, and Blueberry Muffins
Sunday
  • Dinner: Vegetarian Sunday, a mix of all things green
