  • Dinner: Chicken Pesto Pasta, Pesto Pasta, Roasted Cauliflower, Garlic Twists, and Orange, Pecan and Feta Salad
Wednesday
  • Lunch: Chicken Tortilla Soup, Vegetable Tortilla Soup, Black Beans, and Cornbread
  • Dinner: Maple Salmon, Maple Chickpea Cutlets, Mushroom, Garlic, and Red Pepper Quinoa, Green Beans, Mixed Salad
