Dinner: Pork Carnitas, Vegetarian Tacos, Spanish Rice, Guacamole, Pico de Gallo

Tuesday

Lunch: Grilled Turkey and Cheese, Roasted Pepper and Lentil Soup
Dinner: Turkey Lasagna, Spinach Lasagna, Bruschetta, Brussel Sprouts, Kale Salad

Wednesday

Lunch: Frito Pie and Vegetarian Chili (if you put it over the chips I guess this is frito pie too)
Dinner: Brazilian Coconut Chicken/Tofu, Grilled Pineapple, Green Bean and Mushrooms, White Rice, Heart of Palm Salad

Thursday

Lunch: Gyros! Pita, Hummus, Tomato and Cucumber Salad, Tzatziki Sauce
