Dinner: Barbecue Chicken/Tofu, Mashed Potatoes, Corn on the Cob, House Salad
Wednesday
Lunch:  Egyptian Koshary, Cumin Cauliflower
Dinner: Paella (Shrimp/Sausage & Veggie), Roasted Veggies, Tomato and Cucumber Salad
Thursday
Lunch: Pasta Salad (Chicken on the side), Wild Rocket Arugula Salad
Dinner: Classic/Vegan Black Bean Burgers, Waffle Fries, Asparagus, Blue Cheese Salad
