Menu for the week of August 25th – 29th

First meal day is the first day of UT classes – Wednesday August 25th

Wednesday
Lunch: Hamburgers, Veggie Burgers, Sweet Potato Fries, Salad

Dinner: Fish Tacos, Bean Tacos, Mexican Rice, Corn

Thursday
Lunch: Tortellini Pasta Salad, Tortellini Pasta Salad with Chicken,
Italian vegetables

Dinner: Broccoli Beef, Broccoli Tofu, Rice, Eggrolls, Vegetable blend

Friday
Lunch: King Ranch Casserole (with chicken or mushrooms), Corn
Bread, Green Beans

Dinner: Rosemary Chicken, Roasted Mushrooms, Mashed Potatoes
and Gravy, Glazed Carrots

Saturday
Brunch: Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Pepperoni Pizza, Veggie Pizza


Sunday
Brunch: Breakfast Tacos
