Dinner: Chicken Parmesan, Eggplant Parmesan, Pesto Penne, Chef’s Choice Vegetable

Tuesday
Lunch: Grilled Cheese, Grilled Ham & Cheese, Creamy Tomato Basil Soup
Dinner: Poached Salmon, Smoky Baked Tempeh, Braised Kale, Macaroni and Cheese

Wednesday
Lunch: Fish and chips, Fishy tofu sticks, Tartar Sauce, Mushy peas
Dinner: Dijon Chicken, Dijon Tofu, Scalloped Potatoes, Roasted Vegetables

Thursday
Lunch: Hawaiian Pizza, Veggie Pizza, Salad
Dinner: Gyro, Falafel, Pitas, Cucumber Sauce, Hummus, Baba Ghanoush

Friday
Lunch: Turkey burgers, Veggie burgers, Sweet Potato Fries, Salad
Dinner: Fish Tacos, Bean Tacos, Mexican Rice, Sweet Corn Pudding, Vegetable Blend

Saturday
Brunch: Eggs, Teriyaki Beef, Fried Brown Rice, Egg rolls

Sunday
Brunch: Brunch Tacos!
