Tuesday
Lunch: Tuna-Noodle Casserole, Mushroom-Noodle Casserole, Green beans
Dinner: Chicken Fajitas, Veg fajitas, Beans, Rice, Corn

Wednesday
Lunch: Turkey Burgers, Blackbean burgers, Roasted Potatoes, Coleslaw
Dinner: Stuffed grape leaves (beef and veg), Catalina’s Veggies, Cheesy Polenta

Thursday
Lunch: Pork Cornbread Casserole, Bean Cornbread Casserole, Chef’s choice veg
Dinner: King Ranch Casserole (chicken and veg), Butternut Squash, Rice

Friday
Lunch: Sandwiches (Turkey, Bacon, Avocado), Soup, Salad
Dinner: Lamb Tagine (Moroccan Stew), Chickpea Tagine, Couscous

Saturday
Brunch: Brunch Tacos, Stephen’s Saturday Brunch Creations

Sunday
Brunch: Eggs, Buttermilk Pancakes, Chef’s choice meat and vegetables
