Tuesday
Lunch: White Chicken Chili, White Tofu Chili, Cornbread, Chef’s choice vegetables
Dinner: Grilled Chicken, Pesto Pasta, Dinner Salad, Bread

Wednesday
Lunch: Beef Ravioli, Cheese Ravioli, Marinara Sauce, Cauliflower
Dinner: Pork Tonkatsu, Crispy Coconut Tofu, Wilted Spinach, Rice

Thursday
Lunch: Chicken Tenders, Spinach Nuggets, Sweet Potato Fries, Peas
Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognese, Spaghetti Veggiese, Italian Vegetables

Friday
Lunch: Thai Chicken Spaghetti, Thai Tofu Spaghetti, Chef’s choice Veg, Rice
Dinner: Maple Salmon, Tempeh balls, Green beans Amandine, Risotto, Pumpkin Cheesecake

Saturday
Brunch: Breakfast Tacos, Stephen’s Saturday Brunch Creations

Sunday
Brunch: Eggs, Buttermilk Pancakes, Chef’s choice meat and vegetables
