Monday
Lunch: Quiche Lorraine (contains PORK!), Broccoli Quiche, Pasta, Spinach Salad
Dinner: Broccoli Beef, Broccoli Tofu, Peas and Peppers, Rice

Tuesday
Lunch: Beef Chili, Bean Chili, Cornbread, Green Beans
Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognese, Spaghetti Veggiese, Acorn Squash

Wednesday
Lunch: Grilled Chicken sandwiches, Chik Patties (if Sysco has them yet!), Corn
Dinner: Pozole Rojo (contains PORK!), Pozole de Frijol, Roasted vegetables, Rice

Thursday
Lunch: Shrimp Stir-Fry, Tofu Stir-Fry, Chef’s Choice vegetables, Rice
Dinner: German dinner – Beefsteak, Stuffed Cabbage leaves, Cheddar Potato Soup, Cabbage & bacon, Black Forest cupcakes

Friday
Lunch: Chicken or Veggie Tostadas, Salad
Dinner: Duck à l’orange, House-made Seitan with Tarragon Mustard Sauce, Roasted Asparagus, Ginger Carrot Soup, Portobello Brown Rice, Flourless Chocolate Cupcakes

Saturday
Brunch: Brunch Tacos! Stephen’s Saturday Brunch Creations

Sunday
Brunch: Scrambled Eggs, Ricotta Lime Muffins, Chef’s choice vegetables and sides
