Dinner: Chicken and Broccoli Casserole, Broccoli Rice Casserole, Braised Kale

Tuesday
Lunch: Sausage Jambalaya (PORK!), Tofu Jambalaya, Squash blend
Dinner: Fish Tacos, TVP Tacos, Smoky Potato Gratin, Corn

Wednesday
Lunch: Pizza, Zucchini Spears, Salad
Dinner: Thai Green Curry (Chicken or Tofu), Baby Corn and Mushrooms, Rice

Thursday
Lunch: Beef and Black Bean Soup, Super Bean Soup, Cornbread, Peas
Dinner: Coconut Pork Cutlets, Coconut Tofu, Sweet Chili Sauce, Sichuan Green Beans, Brown Rice

Friday
Lunch: Chicken Fried Rice, Veg Fried Rice, Snow Peas and Peppers
Dinner: Philly Cheesesteaks, Philly CheeseSeitans, Broccoli, Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Saturday
Brunch: Hashbrown Casserole (with and without Bacon), Scrambled Eggs, Chef’s Choice Sides
