Menu for the week of March 28th - April 3rd

Monday
Lunch: Chili (Beef or Tofu), Cilantro Green Beans, Cornbread
Dinner: Pozole Rojo (Contains PORK!), Veg Pozole, Chef’s Choice Veg, Rice

Tuesday
Lunch: Chicken or Tofu Penne, Corn and Black Bean Salad
Dinner: Sausage (Pork!) or Veg calzones, Fresh broccoli, Baked Risotto

Wednesday
Lunch: Quiche Lorraine (Pork!), Broccoli Quiche, Chef’s Choice Veg, Bread
Dinner: Kung Pao Chicken, Kung Pao Tofu, Fresh Green Beans, Rice

Thursday
Lunch: Baked Potatoes with lots o’ toppings (Beef, sour cream, cheese, tomatoes, broccoli, corn)
Dinner: Spaghetti and meatballs (contain PORK!), Spaghetti and Not-meat balls, Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Acorn Squash

Friday
Lunch: Cassie’s Kick-Ass Pizzas, Salad, Dill Peas
Dinner: Shrimp Etouffée, E-tofu-fée, Spicy Collard Greens and Black-Eyed Peas, Rice

Saturday
Brunch: Brunch Tacos

Sunday
Brunch: Hot Cereal with Cranberries and Coconut
