Monday

Dinner: Chicken Korma, Chickpea Korma, Acorn Squash, Rice

Tuesday
Lunch: Sausage (PORK!) Jambalaya, Tofu Jambalaya, Chef’s Choice Vegetable
Dinner: Shrimp Alfredo, Spinach Alfredo, Carmelized Cauliflower

Wednesday
Lunch: Grilled Ham and Cheese, Grilled Cheese, Tomato Soup Florentine, Asparagus
Dinner: Chicken Parmesan, Eggplant Parmesan, Mashed Potatoes, Kale

Thursday
Lunch: Taco Thursday (Beef and TVP), Corn, Rice
Dinner: Salisbury Steak, Sweet Potato Pecan Patties, Mac & Cheese, Yellow Squash

Friday
Lunch: Thai Chicken Spaghetti, Thai Tofu Spaghetti, Peas
Dinner: Lasagna (PORK sausage or Veg), Ratatouille

Saturday
Brunch: Brunch tacos, Chef’s choice vegetable and sides

Sunday
Brunch: Kolaches, Tarashea’s Meat option and vegetables
