Menu for the week of September 5th-11th

Monday is Labor Day – No labor, no school, and no food!

Tuesday
Lunch: Chili Mac (Beef/Veg), Yellow Squash
Dinner: Chicken Biryani, Chickpea Biryani, Saag Paneer, Naan

Wednesday
Lunch: Grilled Chicken, Chik Patties, Sweet Potato Fries, Salad, Braised Kale
Dinner: Orange Chicken, Orange Tofu, Rice, Soy Sesame Zucchini

Thursday
Lunch: West African Stew (Chicken/Chickpea), Rice, Vegetable
Dinner: Shrimp Alfredo, Spinach Alfredo, Ratatouille

Friday
Lunch: Beef and Veggie Kabobs, Hummus, Israeli Couscous Salad
Dinner: Gumbo (contains PORK!), Veg gumbo, Grits, Collard Greens

Saturday
Brunch: Toad in the Hole (Turkey or Tofu!), Broccoli Kale Salad, Chef’s choice Carb side

Sunday
Dinner: Beef Enchilada Casserole, Veg Enchilada Casserole, Chef’s choice Veg and Carb sides
