Monday
Lunch: Beef Jambalaya, Tofu Jambalaya, Vegetables
Dinner: Chicken or Chickpea Korma (Indian Curry), Brown Rice, Cauliflower

Tuesday
Lunch: Fried Rice (w/Ham or Veg), Vegetable
Dinner: Brisket, Baked Tofu, Twice-Baked Potatoes, Broccoli

Wednesday
Lunch: Hamburgers, Veg patties, Roasted Potatoes, Salad
Dinner: Orange Chicken, Orange Tofu, Rice, Peas & Peppers

Thursday
Lunch: Beef Tacos, TVP Tacos, Cilantro Lime Rice, Green Beans
Dinner: Tomato Kefta (Beef), Falafel, Hummus, Fresh bread, Cucumber Tomato salad

Friday
Lunch: Tuna Noodle Casserole, Noodle Casserole, Vegetables
Dinner: Shrimp Etouffée, E-tofu-fée, Rice, Butternut Squash

Saturday
Brunch: Josh’s Brunch

Sunday
Dinner: Pozole Rojo (PORK!), Pozole de frijol, Jalapeno Veggies, Carrot Salad
