Monday
Lunch: White Chicken Chili, White Bean Chili, Rice, Veg
Dinner: Dijon Chicken, Tarragon Mustard Seitan, Herbed Rice, Zucchini and Squash

Tuesday
Lunch: Pizza (Pepperoni or Veggie), Split Pea Soup, Salad
Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognese, Spaghetti Veggiese, Green Beans, Fresh Rolls, Peach Cobbler

Wednesday
Lunch: Baked Potatoes with Tempting Toppings (Beef, Bacon, Sour cream, Vegetables, Cheese)
Dinner: Shrimp Po Boys, Mushroom Po Boys, Pasta Salad, Coleslaw

Thursday
Lunch: Chicken Nuggets, Chickpea Nuggets, Roasted Vegetables
Dinner: Salisbury Steak, Salisbury Not-Steak, Roasted Potatoes, Green Beans

Friday
Lunch: Sloppy Joes, Snobby Joes, Vegetables
Dinner: Ham, Tofu Loaf, Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Collard Greens, Pumpkin Pie
