Monday
Lunch: Grilled Cheese (Plain, with Turkey, with Tuna), Tomato Basil Soup, Veggies
Dinner: Breakfast for dinner: Spinach Frittata, Muffins, Pancakes, Sausage, Vegan Bacon, Fresh Vegetables

Tuesday
Lunch: Tostada Tuesday! (Beef, TVP, Bean V, etc.), Veggies
Dinner: Fried Chicken, Veggie Deliciousness, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Fresh Green Beans, Pecan Pie

Wednesday
Lunch: Pizza! Salad, Soup
Dinner: Brisket, Sweet Potato Patties V, Rice, Yorkshire Pudding, Acorn Squash, Dessert!

Thursday
Lunch: Pork or Veggie (Bean) Cornbread Casserole, Veggies
Dinner: Shrimp Alfredo, Plain Alfredo, Carmelized Cauliflower, White Cupcakes

Friday
Lunch: Chicken Fried Rice, Tofu fried rice, Veggies
Dinner: Salmon, Tempeh, Quinoa, Rosemary Potatoes, Broccoli Kale Salad

Saturday
Brunch: Amazing Pancakes, Eggs, Etc.

Sunday
Dinner: Vert’s at Taos: Gyro, Falafel, Fresh Pita, Fresh Hummus, Toppings, etc. with Couscous and Cucumber Tomato Salad
