Monday
Lunch: Chicken Strips, Spinach Nuggets, Roasted Potatoes, Vegetable
Dinner: Pork Roast, Maple Garlic Tempeh balls V, Twice-baked Potatoes, Kale

Tuesday
Lunch: Taco Salad Tuesday! (Beef, Beans V, Lettuce, Cheese, Salsa, etc), Rice
Dinner: Chicken Pot Pie, Veggie Pot Pie, Herbed Rice, Fresh Green Beans

Wednesday
Lunch: Quiche Lorraine (PORK!), Veggie Quiche, Basil Penne, Vegetable
Dinner: Shrimp or Tofu Red Thai Curry V, Brown Rice, Broccoli & Baby Corn blend

Thursday
Lunch: Sloppy Joes, Snobby Joes, Salad, Sweet Potato Wedges
Dinner: Tortas (Chicken or Soyrizo V) on Fresh Telera Bread, Jicama Slaw

Friday
Lunch: White Chili with Chicken, Tofu White Chili V, Rice, Corn on the Cob
Dinner: Spaghetti with Meatballs, Not-Meat-balls, Asparagus

Saturday
Brunch: Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Pancakes, Grits & Greens

Sunday
Dinner: Super Bowl Feast! Spicy Wings, Chickpea Nuggets, Jalapeno Popper Dip, Fresh Corn Tortilla Chips, Salsa, Breadsticks, Veggie Tray, Healthy and Fat-based dips
