Menu for the week of Apr 30th to May 6th

Monday 
Lunch: Thai Chicken or Tofu Spaghetti, Veggies
Dinner: Pork Fried Rice, Tofu Fried Rice V, Fried Cabbage & Other Veggies

Tuesday 
 Lunch: Beef Stroganoff, Mushroom Stroganoff, Veggies
Dinner: Orange Chicken, Orange Tempeh, Fresh Peas, Brown Rice

Wednesday 
Lunch: Beef and Veggie Kabobs, Pita, Tzatziki sauce, Couscous, Veggies
Dinner: Seared Scallops, Grilled Chicken, Taragon Seitan, Fettucine, Green Beans Amandine

Thursday 
Lunch: Chicken Soup/Chili, Cornbread, Veggies
Dinner: Shepherd’s Pie (Lamb & Beef or TVP), Eggplant & Okra

Friday – Last day of classes
Lunch: Chicken or Tofu Sammiches, Potatoes, Vegetables
Dinner: Barbacoa or TVP Tacos, Veggie Chilaquiles, Corn

Saturday 
Brunch: IT’S CINCO DE MAYO, PUTAS! We ask Garrett to keep that in mind :) (French food getting beat up by Mexican food? Hangover food? I don’t know.)

Sunday – Boat Party!!!! Dinner may be delayed, depending on time of return
Dinner: Lasagna (Beef & Sausage or Veggie), Ratatouille, Whole Wheat Rolls
