Lunch: Sloppy Joes, Snobby Joes V, Fresh vegetables and dip
Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognese or Veggiese, Stephen’s Fresh Bread, Roasted Vegetables
Thursday
Lunch: Chicken or Veg Rotini, vegetables
Dinner: Tandoori Chicken and Tofu, Brown Rice, Cauliflower
Friday
Lunch: Chili Mac (Beef or Tofu), vegetables
Dinner: Shrimp Tacos, TVP Tacos, Fresh Tortillas, Calabacitas, Rice
Saturday
Brunch: Can Garrett do it again? We think so!
