Menu for the week of August 29th-Septemember 1st








Wednesday
          Lunch: Chicken or Veggie Stir fry, Rice and Broccoli
          Dinner: Oven Baked Salmon or Parmesan Polenta, Asparagus, Rissotto and Rachel’s Dessert

Thursday
          Lunch:  Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Tomato Basil Soup, Salad
          Dinner: Spaghetti with Meatballs or Meatless Balls, Fresh Bread, Green Beans

Friday
          Lunch: Tacos, Beef or Bean, Refried Beans, Corn and Rice
          Dinner: Sausage Lasagna, Veg Lasagna, Baked Eggplant

Saturday
          Brunch: Brunch Tacos, Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins, Chef choice veggie

Sunday
          Dinner: Dijon Chicken or Lemon Pepper Tofu, Couscous and Broccoli

  1. Hi, I'm at Taos this semester and I've been loving this food. The fake meatballs Thurs were great, very tasty. Can I get the recipe for them?
