Monday

Lunch: Chili or Veggie Mac, Chef’s Choice Veggie
Dinner: Bratwurst or Vegetarian Boudin Sausage, Sauerkraut, Potato Salad, Green Beans, Rolls

Tuesday

Lunch: Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole or Broccoli Rice Casserole, Carrots
Dinner: Gyros or Falafel, Pita, Israeli Mint Couscous, Hummus, Cucumber Tomato Salad, Tzatsiki

Wednesday

Lunch: West African or Chickpea Stew, Peas
Dinner: Chicken or Vegetable Korma, Rice, Cauliflower, Naan

Thursday
Lunch: Hamburgers or Veggie Burgers, Roasted Potatoes, Salad
Dinner: Shrimp or Spinach Alfredo, Kale, Rosemary Bread

Friday

Lunch: Chicken Strips or Spinach Nuggets, Sweet Potato Fries, Veggie
Dinner: Chicken and Dumplings or Vegetarian Dumpling Stew, Honey Glazed Carrots, Brownies

Saturday
Brunch: Deviled Eggs, Fruit Salad, Pancakes and Gris

Sunday
Dinner:  Chicken or Tofu Teriyaki, Rice, Edamame
