Dinner:  Chicken or Tofu Curry, Rice, Cauliflower, Naan

Tuesday
Lunch: Tostada Tuesday! Beef or Bean Tostadas, Rice, Corn, Toppings
Dinner: Chicken and Dumplings or Herb Dumpling Soup, Asparagus, Pumpkin Pie

Wednesday:
Lunch: Chicken or Veggie Fried Rice, Broccoli
Dinner: Spaghetti with meatballs or not meat balls, homemade bread, ratatouille, chocolate cake

Thursday
Lunch: Tuna or Mushroom Noodle Casserole, dill peas
Dinner: Beef or Bean Flautas, Salsa, Rice Corn

Friday
Lunch: Chicken tortilla soup or tortilla soup, cornbread,
Dinner: Pumpkin Tortellini, Green Beans, Bread, Dessert

Saturday
Brunch:  Coffee Cake, Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Fruit Salad

Sunday Dinner:
Dinner: Rosemary Chicken or Tofu, Macaroni and Cheese, Broccoli, Brownies
