Wednesday
Lunch: Quiche Lorraine or Broccoli Quiche, Salad
Dinner: Chicken or Veggie Potpie, Green Beans

Thursday
Lunch: Chicken or Tofu Teriyaki, Rice, Broccoli
Dinner: Ground Turkey and Italian Sausage Lasagna or Spinach Lasagna, Baked Eggplant

Friday:
Lunch: Beef or Mushroom Stroganoff,
Dinner: Wings or Wing Style Tempeh, Carrots, Homemade Fries

Saturday: Build your Own Brunch Tacos, Hashbrown Casserole, Veggie

Sunday: Barbeque Chicken or Tofu, Black Beans and Rice, Brussel Sprouts
Monday
Lunch: Beef Kale Gratin or Kale Gratin, Salad
Dinner: Kielbasa Potato Skillet or Vegan Sausage Potato Skillet, Ratatouille
