Monday
Lunch: Baked Potatoes with Tempting Toppings
Dinner:  Chicken Parmesan or Eggplant Parmesan, Ratatouille, Chocolate Cake
Tuesday
Lunch: Frito Pies (Beef or Tofu) and green beans
Dinner: Lasagna (Italian Sausage and Ground Turkey or Spinach), roasted eggplant, brownies

Wednesday:
Lunch: Pizza and Salad
Dinner: BBQ wings and BBQ tofu, macaroni and cheese, lima beans

Thursday:
Lunch: Super Nachos!
Dinner:  Chicken or Veggie Paella, Rice, Broccoli

Friday:
Lunch:  Tuna noodle casserole or Mushroom noodle casserole, peas
Dinner: Beef or Bean Flautas, Homemade salsa, Mexican rice, corn

Saturday
 Brunch: Pancakes, oatmeal, bacon, carrot and celery sticks

Sunday:
Dinner: Kung Pao Chicken or Tempeh, Edamame, Rice
