  Dinner: Shepherds or Edamame Sherpherds Pie, Green Beans

Tuesday
Lunch: Loaded Baked Potatoes with lots of Yummy Vegetarian Toppings, Salad

Dinner: Vegetable Lasagna, Asparagus, French Bread, Chocolate Cake

Wednesday
Lunch: Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole or Broccoli Rice Casserole,Veg Blend

Dinner: Rats in Blood or Lentil Rats in Blood, Mashed Eye of Toad, Wilted Graveyard Leave

Thursday
Lunch: Big Salads!!! and No Soup for you! (Broccoli Cheddar), and a veggie

Dinner: Potato Kielbasa Skillet or Tempeh Sausage Potato Skillet, Baked Beans, Brussel Sprouts

Friday
Lunch: Tuna Salad or Tofu Salad Sandwiches, Roasted Potatoes, Carrots

Dinner: Breakfast for dinner! Vegan Pancakes, Bacon, Veggie Bacon, Baked Grits and Fruit Salad

Saturday
Brunch: Brunch Tacos, hashbrown casserole, veggie

Sunday:

Dinner:  Chicken Sausage Jambalaya  or Vegan Jambalaya, Rice, Broccoli

Monday:
Lunch: Frito Pies, Green Beans,

Dinner:Spaghetti with Meatballs or Meatless Balls, Zucchini and Squash, Garlic Rolls
