Menu for the Week of November 19th- 26th

Monday:
Lunch: Kale Gratin (With and Without Beef), Carrots
Dinner: Orange Chicken or Tempeh (V), Rice (V), Broccoli (V)

Tuesday
Lunch: Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup (V), Moroccan Carrot Salad (V)
Dinner:  Gumbo or Vegetarian Gumbo (V), Rice (V), Green Beans (V)

Wednesday
Lunch: Chicken and Veggie Tortellini Pasta Salad, Crudités and Hummus (V)

Labor ends with Wednesday Lunch Clean-up and will resume with Sunday Dinner at 2pm.



Sunday:
Dinner: Beef Tenderloin or Mushroom Seitan(V), Mashed Potatoes, Butternut Squash (V)

Monday
Lunch: Broccoli Cheese Casserole with and without Chicken, Peas
Dinner: Spaghetti with Meatballs or Meatless Balls, Asparagus, Bread
