Monday
Lunch: Chicken or Veggie Tortellini Pasta Salad, Roasted Carrots
Dinner: Orange Chicken or Tofu, Edamame, Rice

Tuesday
Lunch:  Carrot Ginger soup, Grilled Cheese, peas
Dinner: Beef or Bean Flautas, Mexican Rice, Corn

Wednesday:
Lunch: Hotdogs or Veggie Dogs, French Fries, Fresh Veggies with Hummus
Dinner:  Baked Barbeque Chicken or Sweet Potato Cakes, Baked Beans, Brussels Sprouts

Thursday:
Lunch:  Beef or Mushroom Stroganoff,
Dinner:  Maple Salmon or Quinoa Cakes, Twice Baked Potatoes, Broccoli

Friday;
Lunch:Kale Gratin Casserole with a Side Salad
Dinner: Sesame Chicken or Tempeh, Rice, Edamame

Saturday;
Brunch: French Toast Bake, Bacon, Eggs, Fruit Salad

Sunday:
Dinner: Gyro or Falafel, Hummus, Mediterranean Vegetables, Couscous

Monday;
Lunch: Chicken or Veggie Tortilla Soup, Rice, Corn
Dinner:  Gumbo (pork) or Veggie Gumbo(v), Okra fritters, bread
