April 8th-14th


Monday;

Lunch: Chicken or Veggie Tortilla Soup, Rice, Corn
Dinner:  Gumbo (pork) or Veggie Gumbo (v), Okra fritters, bread


Tuesday:

Lunch: Tuna Noodle or Mushroom Noodle Casserole. Veggie with dip
Dinner: Kung Pao Chicken or Tempeh, Broccoli, Fried Rice


Wednesday:

Lunch: Beef or Bean Frito Pies, Corn, Guacamole
Dinner: Breakfast for dinner! Pancakes, Bacon or Veggie Bacon, Hashbrown cassserole, fruit salad, Rachel’s Cinnamon Rolls


Thursday

Lunch: Hamburger or Boca Burgers, Sweet Potato Fries, Chef’s Choice Veggie
Dinner: ALICE IN WONDERLAND!! Mini Tarts and Quiches and Fingerfood, Petit fours, and a Tea Bar, Deviled eggs, Vegetarian Custards


Friday:

Lunch: Chicken or Chickpea Salad, dills peas, roasted potatoes
Dinner: Baked Pork Chops with a Parmesan Sage Crust or Yemisita, Kale Chips, Mac and Cheese


Saturday

Brunch:  Pumpkin Raisin Bites, Ham or Veggie Frittata, Fresh Veggies with Spicy Edamame Hummus

Sunday
Dinner: Rosemary Chicken or Orange Pan Glazed tempeh , Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans
