Menu for the Week of March 5th- 8th

Tuesday
Lunch:Super nachos with chicken or black beans, guacamole, queso, corn and lots of toppings.
Dinner: Beef or Vegan Tempeh Shepherd’s Pie(v), Brussel Sprouts(v), Focaccia

Wednesday
Lunch: Creamy Light Potato Soup, Tuna salad or Tofu salad sandwiches(v), dill peas, roasted potatoes
Dinner: Creamy Pappardelle with Bacon and Leeks or Fiorentini with Butternut squash
Buttered Spinach with Vinegar,

Thursday
Lunch: Beef Gratin or Kale Gratin, Chef’s choice veggie
Dinner: Parmesan Chicken or Eggplant Parmesan, Risotto, Parmesan-Roasted Cauliflower

Friday:
Lunch: Beef or Cheese ravioli,marinara sauce, Vegetable Blend (v), Minted Tabouli(v)
Dinner: Beef or Vegan Jambalaya(v), Rice(v), Southern Green Beans(v)

SPRING BREAK! There will not be meals or labor. If you want you may cook for yourself as long as you cleanup. REMINDER, RULES ARE STILL IN PLACE. You can be written up for being too loud during quiet hours and uncooperative behavior like not cleaning your dishes or making a mess.
