Monday
Lunch: Frito Pies, Queso, Chef’s Choice Vegetable
Dinner: Chicken Schnitzel or Vegetable Schnitzel (v) with Mushroom Sauce, Noodles, Green Beans (v)
Tuesday
Lunch: Taco Tuesday! Beef or Bean Tacos, Corn, Rice, Taco Toppings!
Dinner: Spaghetti with Meatballs or Meatless Balls, Asparagus, Chocolate Cake

Wednesday
Lunch: Beef or Cheese Ravioli, Broccoli
Dinner: Chicken and Dumplings or Chunky Dumpling Stew, Balsamic Glazed Carrots and Cheddar Biscuits

Thursday
Lunch: Chicken or Veggie Tortellini Pasta Salad, 2 Bean Soup, Veggies and Dip
Dinner:  Meatloaf or Veggie Loaf, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans

Friday
Lunch: Hamburgers or Spinach Burgers, French Fries, Dill Peas
Dinner: Buffalo/BBQ Wings and Cauliflower, Herbed Spaghetti Squash, Sweet Potato Fries

Saturday
Brunch; Potato and Zucchini Frittata, Hot Chocolate Banana- Nut Oatmeal, Bacon, Fruit Salad

Sunday
Dinner: Rosemary Chicken or Blackened Tofu, Kale,  Rice and Beans

Monday:
Lunch: Pizza, Corn Chowder,  Vegetable Blend
Dinner: Pozole Rojo or Pozole de Tempeh, Corn,
