Menu for Monday, April 29th thru Sunday, May 5th  
Monday
Lunch: Beef and Cheese Ravioli, Tahini Broccoli
Dinner: Beef/Cheese and Bean/Cheese Enchiladas, Pineapple and Mango Salsa, Sopapillas

Tuesday
Lunch: Chicken and Vegetable Fried Rice, Egg Rolls
Dinner: Baked Pork Chops or Seitan Chops, Kale Chips, Mac and Cheese

Wednesday
Lunch: Tuna or Chickpea Sandwiches, Pea Soup
Dinner: Dijon Chicken or Dijon Tofu, Mash Potatoes, Green Beans

Thursday
Lunch: Pizza!
Dinner: Seafood Gumbo, Red Beans and Rice, The Strawberry Salad


Friday
Lunch: Chicken and Cheese Tortellini Pasta, Dill Peas, Roasted Potatoes
Dinner: Turkey or Tofurky, Sweet Potato Pie, Lemon Pepper Broccoli
                
Saturday
Brunch: Pumpkin Rolls, Something Eggs, Some Other Breakfast Foods

Sunday
Dinner: Flautas, Mexican Rice, Pico de Gallo
