Friday Lunch: Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup
Friday Dinner: Maple Salmon or Chickpea Cutlets, Risotto, Okra


Saturday Brunch: Eggs, Bacon, and English Muffins, and Fruit


Sunday Dinner: Coke Pork Chops or Seitan Chops, Twice-Baked Potatoes, Asparagus


Monday Lunch: Summer Corn Soup, Guacamole
Monday Dinner: Beef or Vegetable Lasagna, Honey Glazed Carrots, Artichokes
