Sunday Dinner: Chicken or Tofu Teriyaki with Noodles, Oriental Vegetables, Cucumber Salad

Monday Lunch: Grilled Ham/Faux Ham and Cheese, Broccoli-Cheese Soup
Monday Dinner: Salisbury or Seitan Steak, Twice-Baked Potatoes,Articokes


Tuesday Lunch: Chicken or Veggie Tortellini, Green Beans
Tuesday Dinner: Fried Rice, Egg Rolls, Edamame


Wednesday Lunch: Tuna or Chickpea Tuna Sandwiches, Cottage Cheese and Tomato Salad
Wednesday Dinner: Burgers with Bacon (or not), Fries, Baked Beans,Crispy Kale
