Tuesday Dinner: Tilapia with Chipotle Sauce, White Cheese Enchiladas, Mexican Rice, Refried Beans, Salsa

Wednesday Lunch: Chicken Fingers or Faux Fingers, Tater Tots, Veggie Sticks and Dip
Wednesday Dinner: Shepherd's Pie, Blueberry Coffee Cake, Walnut Apple Salad

Thursday Lunch: Chicken and Pesto Pasta with Sundried Tomatoes, Peas & Carrots
Thursday Dinner: Barbecue Chicken or Tofu, Macaroni and Cheese, Baked Beans, Peach Cobbler, Coleslaw

Friday Lunch: Chili or TVP Chili, Guacamole, Queso
Friday Dinner: Stir-Friday, Banana Bread, Broccoli Salad

Saturday Brunch: Pancakes, Green Bean Casserole, Quiche, Delicious Bacon

Sunday Dinner: Chicken or Tofu Korma, Basmati Rice, Naan-like Bread, Banana Pudding, Cucumber Tomato Salad
