Monday Lunch: Baked Potato Bar, A Nice Salad
Monday Dinner: Beef or Mushroom Stroganoff, Green Beans, Blueberry Coffee Cake, Caesar Salad

Tuesday Lunch: Pumpkin Soup, Cheesy Bread
Tuesday Dinner: Rosemary Chicken or Zucchini Fritters, Creamed Spinach, Banana Cream Pie, Greek Salad

Wednesday Lunch: Sloppy or Snobby Joes, Sweet Potato Fries
Wednesday Dinner: Flautas, Mexican Rice, Broccoli, Sopapillas, Salsa

Thursday Lunch: Chicken Satay, Hummus, Tabouleh, Pita Bread
Thursday Dinner: Chicken or Plain Fettucini Alfredo, Peas and Carrots, Garlic Toast, Strawberry Spinach Salad

Friday Lunch: Enchilada Casserole
Friday Dinner: Potato Soup, Toasty Ham or Faux Sandwiches, Green Beans,

Saturday Brunch: Pancakes (of various types), Eggs, Bacon, Surprise Veggie type Dish

Sunday Dinner: Kung Pao or Tofo Pao, Coconut Rice, Edamame
