Monday Lunch: Tuna or Chickpea Sandwiches, Veggie Sticks
Monday Dinner: Quinoa and Roasted Red Pepper Chili, Okra, Cornbread, Coleslaw

Tuesday Lunch: Pasghetti, Broccoli
Tuesday Dinner: Meatloaf or Quinoa Patties, Twice-Baked Potatoes, Green Beans, Chocolate Cake

Wednesday Lunch: Chicken (or Not) Broccoli Rice Casserole, Cookies
Wednesday Dinner: Barbecue Chicken or Tofu, Roasted Zucchini, Mac and Cheese, Baked Beans, Peach Cobbler

Thursday Lunch: Ham or Non-Ham Split Pea Soup, Garlic Bread
Thursday Dinner: Build-Your-Own Fajitas with Queso, Guac, and Beans, Bunuelos

Friday Lunch: Dinosaur Nuggets or Faux Nuggets, Green Bean Casserole
Friday Dinner: Gumbo, Corn on the Cob, Pecan Pie, Potato Salad

Saturday Brunch: Frittata, Banana Bread, Bacon

Sunday Dinner: Texas Sushi, Sesame Peanut Noodles, Rice Pudding
