Dinner: Cilantro Chile Lime Butter Chicken or Black Beans with Pan-Seared Bell Peppers and Mexican Rice

Tuesday, July 29th

Lunch: Baked Potato Bar!
Dinner: Chicken or Vegetarian Curry with Basmati Rice and Chilled Raita

Wednesday, July 30th

Lunch: Frito Pie! (TVP Frito Pie for the bunnies :D)
Dinner: Gumbo with Rice and Collards

Thursday, July 31st

Lunch: Quiche! with Mushroom Soup 
Dinner: Chicken or Eggplant Parmesan with Oven Roasted Green Beans and Garlic Rolls

Friday, August 1st

Lunch: Gazpacho with Toasted Bread and Grilled Chicken
Dinner: Bratwurst or Vegan Bratwurst with Hard Rolls, Saurkraut, and Potato Salad

Saturday, August 2nd

Brunch: Tuna or Chickpea Salad/Sandwiches with Fresh Vegetable Medley

Sunday, August 3rd

Dinner: Brisket or Tofu Brisket with Kale Pasta Salad and Mashed Potatoes
