Lunch: White Chili Chicken (or Sans Chicken), Cornbread, and Garden Salad
Dinner: Sausage and Vegetarian Paella with Crispy Okra and Greek Salad

Tuesday, August 5th
Lunch: Homemade Chicken Nuggets or Faux Nuggets with Wilted Spinach and Apples with Peanut Butter Dip
Dinner: Vegetarian or Chicken Korma with Naan and Caramelized Cauliflower

Wednesday, August 6th
Lunch: Wraps with Kale, Avocado, Hummus, and Chicken
Dinner: Chicken or Spinach Manacotti with Roasted Broccoli and Caesar Salad

Thursday, August 7th
Lunch: Chicken and Potato Chowder with Chopped Kale Salad and Toast
Dinner: Turkey or Lentil Burgers with French Fries and Roasted Carrots

Friday, August 8th
Lunch: King Ranch Casserole with Peas and Salad 
Dinner: Jerk Chicken or Tofu with Fried Plantains, Black Beans and Rice

Saturday, August 9th
Brunch: Chicken Salad or Vegetarian Chick'n Salad with Sandwich Toppings

Dinner: Teriyaki Beef or Tofu with White Rice and Sesame Broccoli
