YUMS September 8th to September 14th

Monday, September 8th
Lunch: Orange Chicken or Orange Tofu, Edamame, and Egg Drop Soup
Dinner: Pork Chops or Black Bean Patties with Sautéed Cabbage with Mushrooms and Caramelized onions.

Tuesday, September 9th
Lunch: Beef or Mushroom Stroganoff with Wilted Kale
Dinner: Spinach or Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli and "Olive Garden Salad" with Garlic Bread

Wednesday, September 10th
Lunch: Pesto Chicken or Chickpea Sandwiches and Mushroom Soup
Dinner: Buffalo/BBQ Wings or Crispy BBQ Tofu with Potato Salad and Green Beans

Thursday, September 11th
Lunch: Dino Nuggets or Faux Nuggets with Wilted Spinach and Apples with Peanut Butter Dip
Dinner: Parmesan Crusted Tilapia or Tofu, Roasted Buttery Brussels Sprouts and Potatoes with Greek Salad

Friday, September 12th
Lunch: Mini Chicken or Sans Chicken Pot Pies with Oven Roasted Zucchini and Salad
Dinner: Almost Full Scottish "Breakfast" (minus the black pudding) - a link sausage, bacon, eggs, tattie scone (potato scone), fried mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, baked beans, buttered toast 

Saturday, September 13th
Brunch: Omelette, Bacon,  Fruit Salad

Sunday, September 14th
Dinner: Cilantro Chile Lime Butter Chicken or Black Beans with Pan-Seared Bell Peppers and Mexican Rice
