Monday, September 15th
Lunch: Cheese Tortellini with or without Chicken with Dill Peas and Cucumber Salad
Dinner: Beef or Veggie Fajitas with Refried Beans, Pico de Gallo, and Bunelos (DELICIOUS SUGAR AND CINNAMON COVERED HEAVEN DROPLETS)

Tuesday, September 16th
Lunch: Frito Pie!
Dinner: Baked Ziti with Green Beans, Garlic Rolls and Greek Salad

Wednesday, September 17th
Lunch: La Morada Tortilla Soup with or without Chicken with Rice and Borracho Beans
Dinner: Chickpea and Potato Curry or Chicken Curry with Basmati Rice, Chilled Raita and Naan

Thursday, September 18th
Lunch: Baked Potato Bar, WOO HOOOOOOO. Don't worry, there will be BACON.
Dinner: Chicken or Eggplant Parmesan with Oven Roasted Asparagus and Mashed Potatoes

Friday, September 19th
Lunch: Chicken or Veggie Stirfry with Rice and Sauteed Sesame Vegetables
Dinner: Crispy Chicken Thighs or Vegetables Wellington with Roasted Carrots and Twice Baked Potatoes

Saturday, September 20th
Brunch: Steel Cut Oats with Apples, Bacon, and Muffins

Sunday, September 21st
Dinner: Sausage and Beef or Tofu Jambalaya with Cheddar Jalapeno Cornbread, Crispy Okra and Fried Tomatoes
